Harvey, Casterline & Vallini, L.L.P. serves the real estate development,
mortgage lending, business and personal legal needs of our clients. We

Our Staff
Harvey, Casterline & Vallini, L.L.P. is composed of dedicated attorneys
and paraprofessionals who care about our clients. We devote our workday
to assuring that our clients receive the best care we can give them. As
a law firm and as individuals we constantly strive to improve the
delivery of our services and to make that delivery more convenient for
our clients. All of our attorneys and staff are highly trained with many
years of experience in our practice areas. It is this combination of
experience and commitment to service that distinguishes our firm.

Technology
We employ the latest telecommunication and computer technologies to ease
communication with our clients. All of our offices are connected through
T-1 or other high speed data and communication lines creating a firm
wide area network (WAN). This WAN operates our phone system and allows
our clients to reach any of our staff in any of our offices by simply
dialing 803-212-1010. Our Mt. Pleasant and Summerville South Carolina
offices can also be reached directly by way of their local phone numbers
which are 843-388-8883 and 843-821-8818 respectively.
Similarly, our computer network also operates across the WAN affording our clients the
opportunity to access their information and files from any office.
Communication with our real estate and mortgage lender clients is
further enhanced by our ability to receive orders directly through this
web site. Clients can also access our system at their leisure through
this web site to check on the status of their orders.
Office Locations
Providing quality legal services is only one part of our service
commitment. Providing those services at convenient locations throughout
our service area is another facet of putting our clients first. We
presently maintain fully staffed offices in Columbia, Greenville, Irmo, Lake Carolina, Lexington, Mt.
Pleasant, Spartanburg, and Summerville.

Title Underwriters
We own and operate Indigo Title Corporation
www.indigotitle.com which performs title
searches, other title related activities and provides title insurance
products to our clients through Old
Republic National Title Insurance Company and Stewart Title Guaranty
Company. Indigo Title Corporation is presently expanding its services to
include settlement, escrow, REO, foreclosure and asset management
services in other select locations throughout the Southeast.
