Joe Jacumin joins HCV (April 17th, 2005) HCV is proud to announce that Joe Jacumin has the joined the firm as an associate for the Charleston/Summerville office. Joe attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill for undergrad and Vermont Law School for law School.
