Mr. Smith received his undergraduate degree from The Citadel, The Military College of South Carolina in 1997, and received his J.D. from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 2000. He is a member of the South Carolina Bar and admitted to the United States District Court for the District of South Carolina. Jared is also a Judge Advocate General for the United States Army (Reserves). He practices in all areas of residential and commercial real estate, including closings and lender, developer and builder representation. Jared is also active in the areas of family law, military law, complex wills and trusts, and estate administration.
